4.2 All products listed on the website are subject to availability. GREENTEK reserves the right to update stock levels and product descriptions.
4.3 Images of products are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.
5. Orders and Payments
5.1 Orders can be placed for delivery anywhere within India.
5.2 Payment Options:
5.2.1 Cash on Delivery (COD): Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders up to a maximum amount of ₹50,000. For orders exceeding this amount, alternative payment methods such as online payment or bank transfer are required.
5.2.2 Online Payment: Full payment can be made through the payment gateway using debit/credit cards, UPI, and net banking.
5.3 Full payment or confirmation of COD must be completed at the time of placing the order.
6. Delivery and Shipping
6.1 Delivery Area: GREENTEK delivers across India.
6.2 Chennai: Orders can be shipped on the same day, depending on the order time.
6.3 Other States: Delivery will take between 2 to 4 days, depending on the destination.
6.4 Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and the total order value.
6.5 Shipping Partners: Deliveries are handled through third-party logistics partners.
6.6 GREENTEK strives to ensure timely delivery but is not responsible for delays caused by external factors.
6.7 Customers must ensure someone is available to accept the delivery.
7. Returns and Refunds
7.1 Refunds or replacements are applicable only for mobile phones and not for accessories.
7.2 Refunds or replacements are accepted within 7 days of delivery for the following conditions:

7.2.2 Physical damage
7.2.3 Missing item
7.2.4 Wrong item delivered
7.3 Claims must be initiated offline by contacting our WhatsApp or store number.
7.4 Customers are required to provide proof of the issue (e.g., photographs of the product, packaging, or delivery slip).
7.5 GREENTEK will review each case on a case-by-case basis to determine the appropriate resolution.
7.6 Refunds or replacements will be processed only after the return of the original product, which must be intact and undamaged.
8. Order Cancellations
8.1 Orders can be canceled before shipment by notifying GREENTEK via the store number.
8.2 Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
8.3 If a cancellation request is made after shipment, the refund will be processed only after the item is returned to GREENTEK intact, without any damage to the package or the product.
8.4 The customer will bear the shipping cost for returning the item in such cases.
8.5 GREENTEK's decision regarding refunds or cancellations will be final.
